CBD Oil Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
It takes time to fully realize the amazing benefits of CBD Oil for Cats. We are so confident in its therapeutic properties, that we offer an industry-leading 90 day return policy.
If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it for a replacement. You must notify us within 48 hours to be eligible for an exchange, and a new order will be sent to you, free of charge, once the damaged item has been returned.
Full refunds are given to return requests communicated within 90 days of receiving the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed, which can vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please note bulk orders are not eligible for our 90 day guarantee.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy for all Other Items
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from when you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.
Full refunds are given to return requests communicated within 15 days of receiving the order. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you if your return has been approved and initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Final Sale Items
Due to hygienic safety, certain items in our store cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Our current "final sale" items include all of our cat beds in the "For Sleeping" section of our website, and are also noted as such in their product descriptions.
